Jon is right...all properties should already have gone through foreclosure (you can double check with your county's Master Commissioner's office), thus if still occupied at closing, you'll need to ask them if they are a tenant and if so, ask for copy of their lease agreement; check your local laws for tenant rights.

I'm from Alabama and contacted the Montgomery County Alabama Revenue Commissioner and they wasn't able to give me the tax sales list to all the list of properties available.

Even if our state law didn't require it, we would still provide these life/safety devices as they are recommended by Fire Marshals and Fire Commissioners throughout the United States and Canada.

Hello BP, I am in the attorney review period and the contract stated the following "Seller shall pay for the preparation of the Deed, realty transfer fee, lien discharge fees, if any, and one-half of the title company charges for disbursements and attendance allowed by the Commissioner of Insurance; but all searches, title insurance premium and other conveyancing expenses are to be paid for by Buyer.Seller's attorney has requested to delete the following language Delete "and one-half of the title company charges for disbursements and attendance allowed by the Commissioner of Insurance."
