I could go on and on about my dislike for condos as rentals but that is just my opinion.

People who work in health care facilities universally dislike carpet because of its terrible performance in facility infection control.In your case, it might be more prudent to put in waterproof luxury vinyl plank if someone else is handling the installation and maintenance.

I currently am in a job I dislike, with little opportunities for advancement.

I also dislike the very quick fluctuation in stock prices compared to RE, and I prefer owning "brick and mortar" rather than "paper".

You're also cultivating a habit of disliking tenants for being tenants, and that's not going to help you in the long run.If they weren't severely damaged in some way, would they really be living in your properties and paying you rent to make you richer, instead of finding a way to become homeowners and stop pouring money down a black hole?

I truly dislike carpet in my rentals.
