I can’t help but imagine it would be that guy’s last day if the appraisal came in $1 under the sales price.

I realize I am late to the party but I just watched an all day webinar by Anderson Advisors on Tax & Asset Protection last Saturday and found it very beneficial and informative that I was interested in signing up for their services.

Buying a large new build home can also work well as a house hack as you can charge a premium rent, and generally most bedrooms built now a days have en suites (at least in my market).  

A ton of brokers on here will take a DSCR loan to UWM and UWM will 100% report that on personal credit these days.

Then go back for 4 hours, then 8 hours then 2 days.
