@Kenny Oliver, I think if you're investing 'that far' you should be able to articulate why you are doing so. 

Looking for the next recession or the next "virgin" market (not overrun by investors).

@Kenny Oliver I'm doing a 1925 Colonial right now, rehab estimate is $165k though I wont be surprised if it ends up around $175k.

@Daniel Millsat that price point for a SFR,  i can guess about six suburbs around MemphisCollieville, germantown, Cordova, Southaven, Olive Branch or HernandoU made the right decision to walk away from this deal IMHO

In her case:- Nominee trust is designated as accountant in Hong Kong (far away from Washington DC)- Offshore company is registered in the British Virgin Islands and is owned by the Trust.
