I expect the dollar to hang from 3.5 when investors are unreasonably optimistic and I expect (hope) it will hit a 4 to 1 ration when Bolsonaro is unable to carry out economic reforms, especially pension, and investors are spooked by his autocratic tendencies.Overall, there are a lot of questions to be answered here but a lot of chances for lucrative investing.

It is not unreasonable to ask a self employed person for a 1099, tax return, bank statements (covering the same period required as pay stubs) and perhaps verification of one or two clients.

I called him and he was "busy" Still hasn't called me back and his "voicemail box is full".I explained earlier to the first guy that if they were in anticipatory breach that I could start the eviction process right away and force them out and still have my contractually obligated damages for the 6 months as agreed.So, here's my question: I've read that I should be a hard *** with tenants but am I being unreasonable?

I wasn't sure if it was a real counter or if he was just trying to show his disgust with our offer (which wasn't unreasonable based on the comps and the income, but was $15k lower than list price).

Senta, again, good luck getting a Maryland criminal court to put a contractor in jail over a couple of thousand dollars from newbie flippers, when said contractor probably can state 20 things you told him to do that were unreasonable(whether they were lies or not).
