We didn't even stop to get out.And @Gordon Cuffe is correct, the confidential agent remarks on the MLS listing note that "Property was broken into by vagrants, windows broken.

Did move away to rural and remarkably culturally diverse Southwestern KS (Garden City) after graduating college - lived there a couple years, bought my 1st house, updated it, learned a lot, made a little money upon selling, then at the height of the real estate boom (2005) moved to S Florida in the Cape Coral / Ft Myers area for a job transfer.

The only real difference between what they see and the agent copy is they don't get listing agents name, private remarks (small mostly useless field because most agents just copy in the public remarks) and owner name and address (which if it is listed is useless to you because even if you deal straight with the owner they are going to owe commission on the listing side if they sell to you).Good luck in whatever you decide to do.
