After some back and forth ended up settling on $850k.The inspection then uncovered more issues I wasn't aware of: roof needed to be replaced, drainage clogged, some wood root in a few places, a lot of the exterior lighting was non functioning.

farm hills has 2 areas - anot so nice  and a VERY nice subub style homes that are over 200k.i can tell you yours is located around 9 mile and middlebelt. is it the one with the pink flamingo in the front?

@Frederick Kirk WendelI do not necessarily want to NOT target students, it's just that with our current rental, which used to be our primary home a decade ago, it's so nice, that students don't want to pay for it unless grad students.
