Go search the topic "Lifestyle Asset University" here on Bigger Pockets and you will see a longer thread with a lot of opinions (most are not members) but still worth a read as there are a half a dozen paid members from our group who have commented on that thread.We were formerly called Lifestyle Asset University, but I didn't realize that you couldn't use the word University in your company name here in Utah so we changed our name to Vodyssey. 

House gets foreclosed on when a borrower is not paying its debt obligations - typically its mortgage.buying foreclosures is not for the faint of heart as you have no idea of the interior of these properties lastly while it can be beneficial also realize if there are a lot in an area those homes are the new comps when trying to sell so it lowers home values in an area 

@Caleb Brown I like your idea about buying as many properties as possible while we're young.

Or any ideas of where I might be able to sell this unit would be super helpful.

Look, I have no idea who Eric is, what type of person he is but I will say after a quick search I saw that he did in fact sell his company for MAJOR $$$ and that he is active in Section 8, no idea if his course is good or garbage but still felt the urge to respond because I am so tired of hearing SCAMMER, find it online to EVERY SINGLE post asking about any course.I don’t think anyone used the word “scammer.”  

The thread addresses a different topic, the Real Estate Professional status, but the same principle applies to the hours in both contexts.

Any ideas on how to crystallize this?

Some items might hold more weight than others, but you guys should sort through that together.You also might just do the partnership deal by deal - sometimes jumping into a partnership before you have officially worked together is NOT the best idea...

Some ideas I've considered:Equity Buyout: Having another investor or my partner buy out my 40% equity.Seller Financing: Selling my equity and offering seller financing to the buyer.Selling the Property: Liquidating the property entirely and splitting the proceeds.Does anyone have experience with situations like this?
