Nationwide consumption of diesel and jet fuel needs to return to pre-crisis levels before I make 4 figures a week.

Your best option for clearing the leach field lines, if you can access them, is to have them jetted.

But I had one house where the odors were so bad (pets, not smokers) that I eventually had to have a drywall company re-texture all the drywall, then primer and paint.....

I went over to my friend who was a jet engine  engineer, and being full of enthusiasm for having just landing on the island, I said to him:  "There must be a lot of advantages and disadvantages of living on an island."   

I had to laugh.Current vacationers sent me a message and asked if my two covered jets skis, that are down at the dock on lifts, are included in their rental. 

The level of damage here is clear vandalism, mixing paint with rice to mess up the texture, what sick person thinks of this? 

They fly down in their private jets a few times and year and of course bring their servants, etc.
