emails get lost or end up in spam.

Every private message has link to report the message as spam.

Now if a renter looks at the map,  there isn't a huge difference as they can weed out the "spamming"  of ads for single addresses.  

They are not required to respond at all, just as you are not required to respond to spam mail or spam email.

I even gave him a “LOL Pringle” before I blocked him for spam.

I have been doing this 15 years and i don't have a clue how you can safely wholesale deals virtually without simply spamming out offers and hope something sticks.

I understand not wanting spam or the annoying person who just advertises themselves, but it's extremely frustrating when you're just trying to answer someone's question and your posts get removed because they're "not in the right forum".
