Hey @Sara Kumar so this is a somewhat frequent issue but it is fixable.There is no one I can recommend but you should be able to find a company that can solve this issue in Nashville.I don't think you need to do all new windows.

However, there’s a due-on-sale clause risk, so proceed carefully.A lease option (rent-to-own) could also work if you need time to qualify for a mortgage later.

So, the loans are "supposed to be" more strict about condition.

Lots of leg work, calls and emails, but if you can find a few deals that could get you started with enough capital to get into your first deal on your own.

I don't personally care about checks anymore so that wasn't an important feature for me.
