Since January, I have been contacted 8 times by investors who want to buy my house, two that want to buy my mother's house, and one that wants to buy my sister's house.

So, my oldest sister, Sister 1, passed away in 2018 and there are now 6 siblings remaining.

Sister is the only heir and great repour has been established.

All that was needed to remove my dad and his wife from the deed, was a copy of the death certificates and the OK from the administer of the estate, a sister.

Replacing/sistering the joist and fixing the water issue shouldn’t be a problem, however how do I go about the subfloor?

My sister-in-law is looking to purchase her first property as her primary residence. 

Also, it's about the midway point between my girlfriend's house, and my sister's house. 

I am not sure if I added my sister or not to the LLC through the IRS, how to find out?
