If you do this it is your responsibility to fully train tenants on the use of the extinguisher and insure you have singed documentation indicating they have been trained.

If they want a extension to August 20 the landlord has the option of terminating them July 31 or having them sing a M2M lease ending August 31 and they pay the full month rent for August.There may be a legal hitch if your friend gave notice 6/1.

If it is legal where you are bootleg sings can work well if you know how and where to have them.
