I'm currently an aspiring real estate investor located in Houston, TX. My day job is as a Business Development Manager for an Oil & Gas Service Company selling to the Exxon's and Chevron's of the world .

I grew up in New York City and somehow decided to go to school at Baylor University in Texas where I got my Electrical & Computer Engineering degree.

Experience

I am new to real estate investing although I have family in the commercial real estate business back in the Northeast.

Real Estate Goals

I'm generally a buy and hold investor. Ideally we will start with Singe Family homes and work our way up to multi-tenant properties.

Currently Seeking

Any advice or lessons learned are much appreciated. If you have early access to properties in Houston, I would be interested to get on your lists.
