It's great down here and the market is flourishing, don't feed into the rumors and negativity.

There's rumor that Seattle is going to eat up White Center and annex it within the next year.  

My ex boss/mega REI is spending a ton there and the rumor is that an Australian company applied for a multi year multi billion dollar permit. 

I was actually curious about this because I had heard of this before but considered it to be just rumor.

The long-held rumors are that affordable housing is scarce, occupancy is very high and the units that are renting are basically slums... holes in the floors, landlords that don’t care because they are getting ridiculously high rents because there is no competition.

I'd treat all of this like rumor and operate under the assumption that I still had a valid P&S until proven otherwise.This seems like a CYA measure for the agent and seller who entered into a contract with you without fulfilling the obligations of a prior contract.

Rumor has it the Homestyle loan will accept detached ADUs--no longer necessitating the charade of "addition."
