This has led me to business school where I plan on taking a 1 year Masters in Finance which will only set me back 10k with a potential starting salary of 60k.

I'm adding a bedroom to make it a 4/2 with Master Suite. 

My idea is to expand what will be the master bedroom to include the bathroom on the second floor into a master suite.
