Is this a Morris invest/ocean pointe property ?

Every first Tuesday of the month SAREIA holds their monthly meeting, also there is a real estate investor meet up at Joe Blues on that same Tuesday. 

I invest in Gulfport, Ocean Springs, Long Beach areas of that coast.

Many of the neighboring units were tagged as destroyed and would need to be rebuilt with a further setback from the ocean but we got lucky and our unit was not destroyed but it was heavily damaged. 

A blue chip dividend growth stock say Proctor and Gamble will have a lower PE ratio, say 15, that might be the equivalent of slow steady appreciation, but no real price appreciation. 

However, after I posted here for advice, out of the blue, they send another email (maybe they were also doing their research and found this thread!

If my wall paint color is white with a small hint of blue, do I need 2 coats of final paint on all the walls?

Make sure you drive by the property often, since I have no doubt the tenant will only cut the lawn once in a blue moon.
