I am a rental property investor living in New Orleans looking to find deals on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I am looking to connect with Wholesalers to find deals in the Biloxi, Gulfport, or Bay St.Louis markets. Primarily, I am looking for small value-add Single Family Houses to turn into rentals but am open to Multi-Family properties if the numbers are right. @Tyler King sounds interesting. I invest in Gulfport, Ocean Springs, Long Beach areas of that coast. I actually never thought of going through a wholesaler or wholesale company in that area. Please keep me posted if you find any good ones. Thanks you and wish you lots of success!
