The best place to find deals may be "off market" on properties that are not listed anywhere ... this takes legwork and skills, and can be a slippery slope morally and legally (but solvable to be 100% legit if you do it right), but this is where the biggest discounts can be often had.

People will even go so far as to make up fake names, facebook accounts, and yes they will even fake photos and Bigger Pockets accounts to attempt to slander your name.Just stay true to your own moral fiber, know you are doing right for your family and in the end, over time, truth always wins out.
