I was halfway to Chartered Accountant before I had to leave Scotland unexpectedly; sadly, it doesn't transfer at all, so here in the USA I'm just a numbers nerd with a liberal arts degree.

The entire Liberal government has been really bad with this.My hope is that this plan to phase out natural gas will be scrapped as soon as someone sensible is in power.

So I've been studying the state of the art, best tools & practices in Property Management, especially curious about Work Network development and proactive, preventive maintenance.What I've been surprised to discover is that the best PM platforms are full-blown accounting systems, designed to replace the likes of QuickBooks which has been so popular for so long.The thing I'm wondering is, if real estate investors are well diversified, they're probably doing a lot more than just investing in real estate.  

If you find a value add deal, where there is an opportunity to make improvements and  increase the value of the building, a re-fi may liberate the borrowed down payment.  

And there are not many young ppl that I meet now-a-days who say that they are in craft school to learn a trade, many of them are opting for the Arts or business.

Have a residential building under contract and the bonus space above the large 3 car garage is awesome but without it it would be a deal breaker. Just not worth it south the extra cash flow. I can get $600/mth to ren...

if you go through a community bank your terms are more liberal than the secondary market guidelines you probably faced on your personal house.
