The Ac fan motor can stop and the coil freezes and keeps building ice and melts all over your ceiling .... 

We are potentially on thin ice. 

If the unit has been advertised at the previous price and then you increase it to their voucher after they apply, well, I think you're skating on very thin ice even if the law technically allows it (which I am by no means confident that it does). 

If it’s in an area that gets snow and ice this is a BFD but if you were in an area without ice and it’s commonplace (such as visit a Caribbean island) then it doesn’t matterSo it really depends, if it’s the norm then your fine if it’s not the norm, then it’s problematic

This place is about to be one giant brick of ice for a couple of days.I have STR guests checking in this afternoon and then two turnovers between now and the 29th.

My best gut reactions is maybe a tiny drive thru coffee/ice cream shop.  

Taupe or a pink-toned beige is supposedly coming into style, but I think renters would still prefer greige, beige, tan or cream.
