@Javontai Shamburger My brother did a fire rehab and he sprayed the studs with BIN to block the smoke odor.

Only issue is that they had 2 big dogs, who used couches to sleep on and couches are left with strong pet odor so much so that my new tenants may be repulsed and might demand new set of couches. 

Also be careful with flooring, especially if it's LVP, LVP is great in preventing water from traveling in both directions, so once water manages to get under the planks they need to all come up.You'll probably need to replace the HVAC ducts and get your HVAC system cleaned to get rid of the odor as well. 

Also, ODOR is a huge issue.

Is there any odor from the cats?

Or something where odors can seep into the floor (or walls if the cat sprayed)?

@Bill Brandt my freind has a buyers agent, she's selling his property ND working with him to buy mine, honestly it's a serious foul up on his end knowing I'm flipping this property, my realtor would not of been needed, and his agent is charging him close to nothing, she's a long time freind and just wants to see him in a house and out of the town house.
