Just as rents have risen so do home prices as the demand outstrips the supply of available new and existing homes.So, the "bubble" concept was and is pure fiction.Pre-crash, "the pendulum swung" full to one side: reckless and predatory lending (the banksters even admit as much) artificially inflated the demand causing prices to rise in response.Now - post-crash - "the pendulum" "swings" toward the other extreme: supply outstrips actual demand causing prices to rise in response ... only this time, the banksters did not cause it and are rather more challenged to exploit the phenomenon because of the new banking and lending guidelines and regulations.David J Dachtera

I don't intend to be governed in life by my fears nor my childish desires to be percieved as a "player" by putting into place some Rube Goldberg configured apparatus of legal entities, trusts and special agreements.Of course some degree of asset governance planning will always be prudent, but don't be swayed by those asset protection plan peddlers that do little more than exploit people's fear and vanity propensities to make a quick buck.for me the only litigation has been partnership disputes..

I've been wanting to wholesale my own deals (not a true wholesale as I'm not assigning the contract right away but I do have an exit strategy), but have also been worried about being an agent and vulnerable if someone claims I exploited them.
