In extreme cases they are tricking and deceiving.I am all about buyer beware, but I have also seen elderly relatives taken advantage of and I don't have much respect for the slime balls that do that kind of stuff.There are many honest wholesalers, but unfortunately the industry as a whole lacks oversight from a legal or ethical standpoint.
