You wouldn't go with something like outdoorsy like Spruce Homes if you live in the desert. 

We’re from Queensland but we moved out to the country chasing cash flow deals and we’ll possibly be moving to the desert in Broken Hill to explore those possibilities so we’re not too scared of changing climates and conditions haha.

Hi everyone,I need advice from investors in high desert such as hesperia or victorville.

Would they remove desert landscape to do it or is pretty much a dirt yard?  

We cover Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino & Riverside County, San Diego and the desert.

It appears the desert rats like the taste of PEX and if you run it you have to put it in metal conduit to keep the rats from getting a drink of water in that desert region. 

I'm curious if anyone else has done this in the high desert and what the process was like? 

@Justin Tahilramani I agree that it’s unlikely, but it did happen during Desert Storm in 1990 while I was living there as a kid.
