Hi everyone,

I need advice from investors in high desert such as hesperia or victorville. I live in Loma Linda and I'm considering about purchasing a property in Hesperia since it's much cheaper. I found a property that looking to BRRRR but I'm not sure if it's the right decision for me to do it. I guess I need a mentor to help me decide what I need to do. I'm just anxious whether or not my decision is wrong since my work is in Loma Linda it's sort of long distance investing for me and I dont know much about the market in Hesperia.

@Rena Nuneza if you are renting now, it's never a bad decision to purchase a home.
