If you try to find a "one size fits all" strategy, you will lose out on so many opportunities that it will take you longer to get on that ship around the world. 

@Anthony CarusoI do not have any market insights or data to back up increasing demand in the Hobomobos or similar prefabricated modular shipping container homes, but I believe there should be a growing niche market and right now there isn't enough awareness.

Hello all,Location: Houston, TXWe’ve been thinking about purchasing and developing a piece of land to build small 1-2 bedroom single unit homes coming to a total of 5-10 per community, roughly 500-1,000sqft each, out of shipping container or standard, considering cost comes out to almost about the same.

All the apartments have high end washer and dryer machines and feeling bad that I will have to part with them as it is not cost effective for me to ship out of state.Should I include the price of the washer dryer units in the sale price?

It's also very close to Reed College, a $60K/semester school, so it would be a strong draw for wealthy visitors, campus tours/visiting parents, etc.Also- my primary job is an online merchant, selling on Amazon/Ebay and I require a large space for daily inventory/shipping prep.

I remember being this way and I would get so emotionally invested in a deal... now I just get quotes and make sure that a worst case scenario won't sink the ship.
