This was the only way it could work for me in the long run.I will have issues in terms of finding new investments, when I’m actually working, but I will be working 7 on 7 off, so I plan to use my off-weeks for hunting down new opportunities.I fully expect running my real estate investments to play a major part of my life and possibly act as my second career, while my medical career foots the initial bills and pays for our life.Our paths contrast a bit (as will our incomes) but what I mean to say is it’s doable, just need to have a solid team - up and running.

If it is very localized just to right in front of the door I would cut that square out and possibly put in locking vinyl plank product that looks like tile so that “grain patterns”don’t contrast and make it visually unappealing:) Good luck!
