It's an interactive map that you can zoom into a lot of data points.Zillow Data It's pretty unanimous that the Zestimate is useless, but Zillow has compiled extensive data sets that are actual market data.Search for the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the municipalities you are interested in.

Purpose of question:  I'd like to compile an online dictionary of frequently-used real estate terms, defined in words an average person can understand.If you already use a good, concise real estate dictionary web page, please share the link.  

Are there any other resource that you guys know about that I can find a list of duplexes and owner contact information (address, email, phone), so I don't have to spend hours compiling my own list?

It is a good compilation of a lot of the info that you can find on the site.Learn as much as possible, but the important thing is to eventually just pull the trigger and do a deal.  

I am hoping to gain more knowledge and understanding about all the strategic options available.I am looking to network by finding like minded and experienced real estate investors and mentors, compile proven investment strategies, and implement them.
