@Marvin Spears,You are on a site that will prove far more valuable to you than any guru you can find, anywhere, at any price.The whole guru, coach and the latest fad, information marketer 'scamdustry' just makes my skin crawl.If they were as good as they claimed, they couldn't afford the cut in pay to become a guru or a coach or an information marketer.

Ultimately I believe in getting educated, and if that means hire a coach, which is really nothing different than a guru, or read this site or buy books or whatever it is you need to learn, then do it.

I am very coach able and willing to know the ins and outs of wholesaling.

If someone agrees to be your mentor they are not your mentor they are a coach.

Specifically addressing real estate courses, gurus/mentors/coaches or what ever you want to call them.

I used to live in Highlands Ranch, CO. for a few years and l coached competitive travel soccer clubs.

I would almost take your real estate books with a grain of salt and put a lot more stock in what you find here on BP...The info becomes much more straight forward and no punches pulled when you are getting it from people who do not have a bootcamp or coaching to sell you for $3,000.
