So i was driving back from the lady's house today and decided to check out this house that had a crew working on windows. I decided to stop and start chatting anyone up I could, knowledge is power, right? The owner of the business was there doing work and we ended up talking for almost 3 hours while he drove me around to his recently sold properties. He was very informative and provided helpful tips. This gentlemen has been in the REI business for 25+ yrs and he appears to have everything in place as far as rehabbing costs and gameplan together. I have a meeting with him and his team I guess this coming monday. He also took me to several properties that he is interested in buying and it really got me fired up. I believe everything happens for a reason. I am looking for a mentor and i got a really good vibe from this guy does anyone have any suggestions how I should go about this? i.e questions to ask, how I can be valuable to him?

The Saga continues ...

Anything helps, thanks.

Also listen to podcast #1 with Marty Boardman where they talk about bringing value to your mentor.

Good luck - Ned
