Realistically, most families want to either be close to the base, or close to some tourist attraction around, so I bet you would find more success casting your net either at, or between those two things if that's the kind of fish you're trying to catch.

There was some delays and added costs, 80% of the electrical was replaced, all mechanicals was replaced, tons of pipes were replaced including broken cast iron pipes.

Additionally there are other tools built specifically to help you cast a wide net with 1 rental listing (syndicating the listing to 10+ listing sites).

I would probably start listening to pod casts with landlords on them.

Since ive been listening to lota of pod casts  and webinars on BP it hust didnt feel right this early in the game.
