I used to use Empire poster but that was on an old computer. It worked well but it looks like the software hasn't been updated in years.

I downloaded CLAD Genius but can't get it figured out

What's your favorite Craigslist posting software?

Hi Dave! Great question. I know there will be some mixed responses to this post but I want to be as candid as I can. Craigslist has been a good tool for some landlords who choose to list via their site, but more often than not a lot of scams are carried out via Craigslist. Renters get scammed quite easily by providing their sensitive information or even doing things like wiring deposits, or even simply doing things that may not be a matter of exercising good judgement — but that can happen when thinking about something like a new home. They see a great place, they get excited, the price seems too good to be true, and usually it is. Not to judge -- I know I personally would be very cautious about responding to anything on Craigslist -- but it definitely happens.

Now, even as a legitimate landlord, you want to be careful because if people come across your listing on Craigslist they may lump it in altogether with the other scam listings (not a favorable outcome). Additionally there are other tools built specifically to help you cast a wide net with 1 rental listing (syndicating the listing to 10+ listing sites). In addition, you'd be able to automate other parts of the rental process as well. I hope this info helps. Just proceed with caution on using a Craigslist posting software to automate listing ads.
