We usually have 20-30 attendees at a meeting.

They meet every Wed morning and they have around 40-60 regular attendees and they provide great content and great networking and have a speaker every week.

I did not realize how big until we went to a local real estate investment club where the principal was very impressed with it's self ( pronoun changed to not prejudice future meeting attendees) and offered to teach us for a low, low price plus 50% of the profits or a low, low price which was half way to a decent flip property with no profit split.The meeting wasn't all bad though, we did get the chance to network with some decent people.So thanks again!

according to a book that I just read.A number of years ago I went to a big real estate investors convention with 1,500 attendees; there they did a survey and about 1/3 didn't own any real estate, about 1/3 only owned their personal residence, and remaining 1/3 own at least ONE real estate investment.

I'm also surprised that nearly 40% of the attendees for the next meetup are women.

I think they had over 20 attendees at the first meeting.

The other attendees were great, I'm looking forward to the next one.
