Seems there is some varying opinions on its accuracy and viability.  

As for accuracy, +/- a few grand but they will make their own call based on your pictures.

Accuracy like this begs the question where did you get these, or how were they calculated, since they’re clearly not estimates.

I buy AO lists from Melissa Data and of late have been wondering about the accuracy of theses lists.

You have to double check accuracy, but it's based on public records.

As a wholesaler, the quality of the deals you bring to your buyers include the accuracy of the estimated rehab costs.
