Online tool with zip code based demographic info

Ran across this tool from ESRI this morning:

Zip Code Lookup

Punch in a zip code and it gives you a summary view of the types of folks who live there, income, age and population density.  No doubt they have a bunch more data behind this.

Here is another good mapping site that uses census data, the data is down to the neighborhood level for some datasets.  After you select a state you can select the dataset, there are alot of good datasets to pick from but a few good ones to look at are vacancy %, % owner and % rental.
