We went to tour the area and it's such an interesting pocket of mostly Latino immigrants living in densely populated condo buildings within a 4-5 block radius surrounded by large and expensive homes on the water. 

Yes Wes, Cali lost a lot 2nd only to NYS but this map does not show the net foriegn immigration which Cali cleans house with.

Or does adding Z eligible immigrants give us the equation X / (Y+Z)?

Also if the immigration reform comes through,  this area will get bustling. ( I would home this happens).

My sister-in-law is immigrating from Kazakhstan sometime next year, so we'll have proof from USCIS 😂Don't know if you can get more legit than that!

Many of the houses built by the poorer immigrants very near the mills are small but still sturdy, mostly up and down the Monongahela Valley.
