I would figure out who the current chemical supplier is and who the rep is if they have one.

Do you see mortgage suppliers withdrawing or becoming more restrictive and is that having a large impact on real estate demand?  

You will also spend quite a bit of time researching particular units/models eligible for the rebates and then find a local vendor or supplier for those models.However, I am a fan of reducing waste and energy to lessen the environmental impact in a way that balances the investment, but that’s my personal approach.

Found a great cabinet supplier with cabinets in stock and pre assembled, white shakers with good sliders and plywood construction for a price we couldn't match, even in a cheaper grade. 

My GC couldn't get the big rolls from his suppliers, and I've searched Home Depot/Lowes online for a week with no luck.

in addition to clearance sales at various suppliers (it's not uncommon for me to buy 10-20 light fixtures at a time when I find them on sale because I know I'll eventually use them.
