Romex Wire Woes in Philly

Anyone else having a hell of a time finding Romex in 1000ft rolls? Specifically 12/2 wire. My GC couldn't get the big rolls from his suppliers, and I've searched Home Depot/Lowes online for a week with no luck. Are there any smaller suppliers in the Philadelphia area or Wilmington, DE area that don't sell out of these immediately upon delivery?

We have the 250ft rolls, but he wants to use big rolls for some of the longer runs.
