If the delay was caused by miscalculation of time rather then being shady I think you may have reacted too strongly.  

The deals that I personally purchase may not be the deals that you are attracted to and vise versa.Anyone that wants a deal that has EQUITY upfront must know the market and be ready to react.  

I'm curious if our Ukiah natives (and others) think there is a possibility for a boom in our tourist industry with legalization?

I'm having trouble renting the other side since the rents are so low in this neighborhood if I drop the rent to 400 like the rest the numbers still don't work and if my other tenant finds out the other side is paying 400 I don't know how he would react( big hassle).

I can not control how people react to my mailings.

I'm a Realtor and Property manager in the area so I look at what homes in the areas have rented for and as a native to the area it's pretty easy to look at a map and know the details of a house and determine a solid rent price.
