I think the recent adjustments we are experiencing on Idealista and other portals do not reflect yet the market reality, but people are just trying to revert prices back to what the "fair value" should have been a few months ago.The market is frozen so far and sellers are holding their breath for a while, waiting for more clarity to come soon.

The website automatically disseminates it through a number of real estate portals and there is an additional fee to link to Realtor.com.The website emails you a viewing report weekly - breaking down how many times and where the tour has been viewed.

I suggest having your realtor set up an automatic drip feed or client portal for you. 

My tenants love the tenant portal that Rentec provides.

What recommendations are out there for an online portal to handle this type of process?

I can't speak to maintenance management or anything else like that but now that I've had a PM with a cloud solution that has an owner portal, I don't think I'd want to go back.
