hey guys, 

i would love to pick your brain about the ways you use the MLS in your daily routine in investing. I would like to know other then doing comps, what are the best ways that you using the MLS for finding your deals?, choosing farming area? setting up different alerts ? analyzing ? Anything that help you as an investor that have a license

I am pretty new to the MLS and I'm trying to build daily habits of using it , any recommendation and lessons will help.
