Many of the HOAs across the metro at that price point do not have inhibitive rental restrictions.I would strongly urge you to avoid areas with flat or declining population in areas like Macon.

The problem is that the statistics refer to the City of Milwaukee, which represents only 1/3 of the population of the Milwaukee metro area.

@Demitri Blanco, like most markets, sourcing and acquiring a cash-flow or break-even turnkey LTR or small multifamily property in metro Atlanta will be tricky unless you intend to put down 30%—40%.
