If you're doing it because you are hating,...well, I'm biting my tongue of what I want to say.Based on what you wrote however, you're hatred is making you blind to what you have right in front of you...an opportunity to LOWER your rate (if you weren't so,.....). 

@Kevin PerksInstead of formulating whether you should do something or not, you should be talking with professionals telling them what you are looking to achieve and ask for their advice on how to achieve that.I talk with so many investors who go blindly into establishing an LLC who have it set up incorrectly.The worst part of having an LLC set up incorrectly is that you think you are getting liability protection...when you likely don't.Best to talk with an attorney on asset protection / LLC Formation.

In many cases it's better to go in with a "blind approach" and not mention the passing of the property owner.

Shades or blinds should be used, not blankets.

I wouldn't blindly trust those sites though.

Just my thought, to be inclusive and not just blindly judge all as one.   

Instead, we use a blind trust. 

New toilet seats, new door knobs, light fixtures, and blinds. 

Blind trust in this contractor without any protections for you is risky.

I want to take a calculated risk, but I feel like I'm diving in the deep end blind!
