Our kids also know that we are doing fine financially and they are able to save up money to travel to France, Costa Rica, and Japan (yes I say that they are able to save up for it.  

I moved from France with my wife 5 years ago.I just sold the apartment I had in France that was rented out for a few years and I'm now looking closer at investing in rentals here in Canada.My goals is to slowly replace some of my current monthly income with rental cash flow.
