Hey all!

I'm planning on moving to Austin next winter and I'm looking to purchase my next investment property in San Antonio which is a completely new market for me. I have some experience with rehabbing and managing rental property in San Francisco and would like to get into the flipping business in San Antonio.

If anyone is looking to connect and talk real estate please let me know!

I read this BP post which is great and am wondering what you all think about it.

Hope everyone is doing well!

Hey Alexis, welcome to Texas! I would recommend connecting with @Ernest Fernandez with Somos Real Estate. They're a full service, investment-focused brokerage with a lot of experience dealing with investment properties.  I've sent several of my borrower clients over to them and they have all been taken care of.
