An RMLO in some states could have been selling fishing tackle or cars 6 months ago, took a twenty hour class, got a job at a mortgage broker's office or bank and then start drumming up business in areas they don't have a clue about.

My only hope is someone who is being transferred to nearby Fort Drum, but usually the military moves people in the summer months. 

This fear is fed by politicians beating the drum of "lawsuit abuse" and "dirty trial lawyers".

You mentioned an acquisition team, so it sounds like you are going to be drumming up leads to pass on, so you should expect much less than that. 

Just from the title of the site it sounds like an attorney trying to drum up estate planning and trust work, but then it might be another scam selling you a pack of forms, sorry I know nothing about it.

I never got the impression that she was trying to drum up business, which is why I was surprised to learn that she was the founder of TK marketer/promoter company, and what prompted me to ask if any one has worked with her.

I beat the same drum all the time, so I apologize, but...Do a search on this forum for "LLC" and read some of the other threads on investing through LLCs.
