Your contractor may not have a good history with BofA. he may not be disclosing that part to you, which would likely impact the long holdsThis was an initial thought - what am I missing? 

Am I wasting my time looking into this or is it possible to rezone? 

I have 160k in equity, should I cash-out refi and pulled the money saving in taxes,  than sell the property and the left over proceeds would be taxed… or am I going to owe taxes on the whole 160k? 

also am i able to assign this contract to another buyer if i feel that is the best way to go?

That webinar was excellent but I feel like it left a lot of questions unanswered especially for after you buy the property..How am I supposed to fill the home with a renter?.

Am I being overly ambitious with my initial goals?
