I would have thought it would have been a great increase in crime, but it actually has the opposite effect and can be a good indicator towards a more vibrant future for the immediate location.

While it is true that INNOVATION is one of the mainstays of a vibrant economy, I believe that along with INNOVATION, American needs to improve its "WORK ETHIC."

It's encouraging to come back to a vibrant community at biggerpockets :)
