In my opinion, this explains the motivation for Pillario to give me an unrealistically high number.

I served my tenant a notice to quit and she is very upset and sent me a nasty text said I humiliated her in front of her kids and neighbors…. 

Closest would be an AI Caller that reaches out and follows up with motivated seller leads (opt in only) to see if they're interested in an all-cash offer on their home.

He texted me that he feels it should be included in the "ridiculous rent" he already pays  (this was an agreed rent increase with the previous landlord) and "shouldn't be a big ask".

On a regular basis I call/text/email an agent to ask pertinent questions to make an offer and never get any response even after multiple attempts. 

Clickfunnels is a powerful tool but not the tool for a content marketing based lead generation website most investors need for motivated sellers. 

Safe option probably depends on your experience and motivation and maybe the market where you buy. 

Since I am out of state, I can't go there and talk to her and shes not responding to my calls or texts.
